We're a small local team running our own Adelaide CBD stays

CozyStayz leases apartments and homes from landlords on long-term leases and runs them as short stays ourselves. We currently have 2 properties live.

For landlords, that means a tenant who pays rent on time every month (usually more than a typical long-term tenant), keeps the property professionally cleaned between every stay, and is one local point of contact.
